An approved Development Application is often just the start of the development challenge, it is not uncommon to receive a Notice of Determination with dozens of pages of conditions which are required to be met prior to your Subdivision/Strata plan being Registered.
With many of our clients being time poor or inexperienced in the development industry we are often called upon to manage the project through to Registration. We can help with certain elements of the process or we can take responsibility entirely, the choice is yours.
What can we help with?
Construction Certificate (CC) Application - if you have proposed building works in your DA you likely need to apply for a CC, we can compile the documents required and seek any additional reports or plans.
Subdivision Certificate Application - before any Torrens Title Subdivision plan can be submitted for Registration at the LRS it must have a Subdivision Certificate endorsed by the local Council. Before the Certificate will be endorsed your Council will likely require a number of conditions to be met, we can assist with this along with lodging the application.
Strata Certificate Application - similar to Subdivision Certificate applications however applying to Strata plans. In this case however the local Council or a Private Certifier can endorse the Certificate.
Strata Unit Entitlement (UE) Valuation - the UE Schedule of all Strata plans now needs to be endorsed by a suitably qualified valuer. We can liaise with a valuer of your choice to prepare the schedule.
Management of sub-consultants - we can work with the sub-consultants of your choice or alternatively we can assist you in obtaining quotes from a number of professionals and selecting the best to assist with your project.
