Feasibility Study

The next step is to take a more in-depth look at your project whereby we will review the constraints and opportunities of your land, existing and required services and the relevant planning controls to determine its suitability for further development.

Draft Subdivision/Strata Plan

Once we have discussed what outcomes you wish to achieve from your development we can then produce plans suitable for submission to your local Council with a Development Application and to your agent and conveyancer for pre-sales.

Pre-Development Application Meeting

Most Councils now offer Pre-DA meetings to parties intending to lodge Development Applications. The purpose of these meetings is to open communications with Council and seek their consideration of the feasibility of the development and to identify and clarify issues relevant to the development proposal. We can assist you in preparing for this meeting or attend the meeting with you.

Development Application

Finally we can put together your Development Application and lodge it with Council. This involves the preparation of the application, a Statement of Environmental Effects (SOEE) and other supporting documents. It may also require seeking assistance and input from other specialist consultants, Engineers, Ecologists, Arborists and Bushfire Consultants are often required to provide plans or reports to support the application.
